It is important to stress that I also would like to point out to all of the other nominees, that they are all truly wonderful pieces of television and my favourites are just the stuff I really, really like over 2016-2017.

I also want to mention anything that I felt has been snubbed from the awards:

  • The Leftovers in nearly every category (seriously thought Carrie Coon would have a second nomination, and indeed Christopher Eccleston and Justin Theroux have been snubbed as well.)
  • Mr. Robot in nearly every category
  • Gilmore Girls in nearly every category
  • Legion in nearly every category

All of these shows however are now more exclusive, so keep watching them, because they will only get better.
